As part of its development, ALAE GROUP SAS is looking for a Marketing Director – iGaming.
Under the leadership of the Group Operations Director, you are responsible for the Group’s digital growth strategy. Define, steer and execute the overall marketing strategy for iGaming activities to maximize brand awareness, player acquisition, retention and profitability, whilst ensuring regulatory compliance and process optimization. To this end, they must transform a volatile audience into a base of loyal players by optimizing technical accessibility, the speed of mobile payments and the user experience on networks with limited bandwidth.
Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent, you have a proven experience of at least 8 years in a similar position, this role can be yours.
REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE

- Proven experience (8-10 years) in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in the iGaming or digital entertainment sector.
- Fluent in English or French (spoken and written).

MISSIONS GENERALES
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategy (acquisition CRM, partnerships). Advis oport company executives in developing strategies for transformation, adaptation and change management.

- Supervise and coordinate back-office activities to ensure their security.
- Develop and manage the Group’s iGaming brand across all platforms.
- Manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, influencers, affiliate marketing).
- Design organisational and managerial change processes (human resources, technology, finance, IT, quality assurance,
- security, etc.) in line with expected objectives.
- Analyse the performance of digital initiatives and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Analyse market trends, player behaviour and KPIs to adjust the strategy.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimise the ROI of initiatives
- Supervise and lead teams (Web/Call Centre Managers, Back Office, DMC, Community Managers, Business Analysts).
- Ensure that marketing initiatives comply with local and international regulations (social responsibility, protection of minors, anti-addiction measures)
- Regularly present results and recommendations to the Group Operations Director.

- Local Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with local influencers on TikTok and Facebook, the dominant platforms in the region.
- Local CRM: Use the WhatsApp Business API and SMS push notifications as the primary customer retention tools rather than email (which is rarely checked)
